Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. Estate Grown. A rich, expressive nose cascades from the glass offering melon, tropical fruits and alluring herbaceous notes. The palate unearths an engaging melody of citrus rind, guava and honeydew. A subtle savoury backbone reveals the judicious use of older oak barrels. Quite a complex wine of considerable depth and texture, defiantly for the more serious Sauvignon drinker. Superb now but surprisingly will gain additional complexity with a few more years in bottle...
