Based around 90% of Cabernet Sauvignon and a splash of Riesling, this dry style is so rewarding. It has also been 40 % barrel fermented to offer softness and character.
Winemaker and proprietor Leigh Clarnette has a more than impressive CV, starting with Tarrawarra Estate in the Yarra Valley, then with Domaine Chandon. Then Padthaway Estate in S.A. followed by Seppelt, Great Western and then for a short time at Taltarni in the Pyrranees before the birth of Clarnette in 2022.
