Yering Village Shiraz 2020 (ex-vineyard $30.00) x 2 bottles
The colour is a dark red with crimson hue. On the nose this wine invites you in with layers of blood plum, rhubarb and blackcurrants lifted by cinnamon, star anise and white pepper. The palate has generous dark and red fruits that are driven by a fine spice line which carries through a soft, plush palate, driving the wine to a beautifully bright finish.
Fowles Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunches Shiraz 2020 (rrp $40.00) x 3 bottle.
Stunning aromas of ripe sweet berries coupled with a floral, violet perfume and decadent chocolate suggestions. The Palate is harmoniously balanced with brooding fruits and carefully integrated French oak, this wine  offers intense blackberries and dark plums with
a lingering spicy finish.  
Mount Langi Ghiran Hollows Shiraz 2018 (ex-vineyard $30.00) x 3 bottles.
The Hollows wines comes from the Hollows vineyard, planted by Trevor Mast on the northern slope of the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyard. A deep, dense purple colour. On the nose blackberry and dark cherry fruits, layered with oriental spice and complex cool climate characters. The palate displays fine tannins are supported by bright berry fruit and delicate spice characters, medium bodied with good length of palate.
Penny's Hill 'Cracking Black' Shiraz 2022 (ex-vineyard $28.00) x 3 bottles.
Fine full-bodied, fruit driven wines are the result of premium estate-grown fruit from some of the best quality vineyards in the region.
