A collaboration between David Fesq, the sixth generation of a wine family with their origins as Nègociants in Bordeaux and Ray Nadeson, avant-guard winemaker and founder of Lethbridge Wines. The ultimate ideology of B5B is; wines that speak of neither place nor varietal, but rather, unique wines of Australian origins that are simply delicious to drink.
2021 Pét-Nat
Pét-Nat is short for pétillant naturel, which is simply French for "naturally sparkling” – and that's essentially what it is!
A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and made following the ancient method. This wine has a beautifully clean, pure nose of ripe watermelon, peaches, and red apple skins. The nose is balanced by a hint of creaminess, refreshing acidity and a soft creamy mousse.
