Led by winemaker Caroline Mooney, Zonzo vintages are made in small batches by hand. Every season is different, so their wines are too. Zonzo make wine how it’s always been done — picked from the vineyard, stomped, shovelled, plunged — all by hand (and foot) in their winery.
Estate Prosecco di Aria
Pale green in colour with aromas of freshly cut fruit salad. On the lips you get a balance of mild citrus tang and fruity sweetness. Best paired with cheese boards, antipasto (and friends of course). A very drinkable wine—it’s not long ’til you find yourself reaching for the next sip.
