The focus is on growing the highest quality grapes as possible and then managing the fruit through the full wine making process. By limiting yields and restraining barrel treatment, they are able to produce fine wines that give a pure expression of their beautiful vineyard and its terroir.
Martingale Yarra Valley Chardonnay
This Yarra Valley Chardonnay is exceptional value and definitely worth trying. Lemon, white peach, nectarine and grapefruit are the key players here, with a support cast of nougat, toast and flint. A touch of oak helps build complexity and length.
