Veneto, Italy. This Prosecco Rosé is a beautiful peach pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, intense fruity aromas of peach, raspberry and ripe passion fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a pleasant acidity and a fresh and harmonious flavour.
Ca' di Alte was created by winemaker Alberto Marchisio. Although Piemontese himself, he has been working in the Veneto for some years. He joined Cantina Colli Vicentini as director and winemaker with the 2012 vintage and has since improved the quality of the wines dramatically, the wines are now amongst the most sought after Veneto Proseccos.
