Very fragment on the nose, with aromas of white blossom, floral and orange peel notes.
The palate is packed full of flavour with zesty citrus, tropical and banana notes, finishing with some crunchy green apple notes, and full of flavour.
WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS
With an off-dry style, it is very important to get the balance of acid, sugar and fruit correct. Harvested early, from the family property, the No.5 is a fruit-driven wine with 4g/L sugar, which is balanced well with the acid, and the generosity of fruit harmonises the wine nicely.
