After 25 years of making wine for some of Australia’s most iconic wineries Rob made the decision to channel his creative energy into his own label. And so, Rob Dolan Wines was born.

White Label Pinot Gris
"What started as a mishap has become our signature style. Years ago, our Pinot Gris spent some unplanned time on skins, resulting in a beautiful colour, and a richer texture. We still follow this technique (with a little more precision!) today, making our iconic blush Pinot Gris. A sure favourite, this wine suits all palates and is great with or without food."
Enjoy with white meats and seafood, particularly in meals that include a fruit element such as citrus, peaches or apricots.
