After 25 years of making wine for some of Australia’s most iconic wineries Rob made the decision to channel his creative energy into his own label. And so, Rob Dolan Wines was born.
Rob’s belief in creating wines of real character flows through everything they do. Rob Dolan wines, therefore, is a reflection of everything they love about their home in the Yarra Valley – bold, generous and exceedingly likeable—a bit like the man himself!

Impeccable balance of oak and fruit makes this chardonnay a cracker with or without food. Fruit from cooler sites in the Yarra produce the firm acid line, holding structure on the palate. Notes of apple and melon layer the creamy texture, melting into a lingering mineral finish.
Drink with fine rich fish such as turbot, roast chicken, mushrooms, pumpkin ravioli, cheddar and brie cheese.
