After 25 years of making wine for some of Australia’s most iconic wineries Rob made the decision to channel his creative energy into his own label. And so, Rob Dolan Wines was born.

Sauvignon Blanc 2020
"We make our Sauvignon Blanc a bit like the French do. By putting 50% in oak barrels, we create a richer texture, a style which really suits the Yarra Valley; you’ll still taste bright, citrus-driven flavours, but with a rounder mouthfeel."
