Julien Brocard, Chablis
From this intimate expression of the terroir to the creation of the bottles Julien Brocard's work is carried out with respect for the product.
For wine production they use wooden vats, for their natural, organic character. A non-interventionist approach to vinification is taken, which aims to reveal the wines’ true character without any distortion. All bottles are sealed with wax and stamped by hand.

The Portlandian limestone subsoil and South/South-East orientation give it a spicy nose with notes of lemon zest, fresh grass and white pepper. The palate offers fresh almonds, sea salt, lemon zest. A very lively, well-balanced, smooth wine, with a delicate, layered minerality.
