Providing upfront fruit, ripe lemons and limes. Being released at 5 years of age, the wine is starting to show aging notes of butter, biscuit and toast.

VINTAGE NOTES
Harvested from the family vineyard, on the 19th February, which was about a week earlier than the previous year. The vineyard is situated in the northern part of the Clare Valley, in a sub region called White Hut. Rieslings grown in this unique sub-region, produce Riesling that have big and rich fruit flavours.
CELLARING POTENTIAL
The wine drinks exceptionally well now, but will reward with long term cellaring.
Rieslingfreak is the inspiration of John Hughes, a man who is very passionate about his rieslings. The first vintage of the brand was in 2009, with a single vineyard Clare Valley Riesling. Since then, the label has expanded to include Eden Valley and Polish Hill River regions.
