Nose: Lifted and alluring dark red and blue notes typical of Blewitt Springs tease the nose with hints of graphite and subtle herb.
Palate: Soft and ethereal mouthfeel across an even palate of fruit flavours ranging among blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and ripe plums. Hints of anise and graphite feel from the elegant tannin profile come together for a dance of the senses.
Food: Chargrilled Beef and crunchy Roast Potatoes seasoned with Salt and Rosemary
