The Champagne House of Forget-Brimont is based in Ludes, a small village with Premier Cru classification in the heart of Montagne de Reims, one of the most prestigious terroirs in the Champagne region. Led by 6th generation family member, Michel Forget, the Maison works 20 hectares with Grand Cru (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) or Premier Cru (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand) classification, mainly planted to Pinot Noir.

100% Chardonnay from Avize, Mesnilsur-Oger and Oger. Dosage 7g/L.
A wide range of aromas include buttery notes typical of Chardonnay, white flowers (acacia, daisy, honeysuckle) and grapefruit. Flavours of pâtisserie and roasted notes.
