Champagne Forget-Brimont
The Champagne House of Forget-Brimont is based in Ludes, a small village with Premier Cru classification in the heart of Montagne de Reims, one of the most prestigious terroirs in the Champagne region. Led by 6th generation family member, Michel Forget, the Maison works 20 hectares with Grand Cru (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay) or Premier Cru (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, Villers-Allerand) classification, mainly planted to Pinot Noir.

50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.
This wine is made exclusively with grapes from the 2007 vintage. Aged in the traditional chalk cellars 15m underground for at least 10 years. Dosage 6g/L.
