PALATE
Exciting and mouth-watering. Wine with attitude. Vibrant flavours of tangy lime, pear, nectarines. Dry, textural and very gluggable.
FOOD MATCHING
Vegan friendly.
VINIFICATION
Styled after Vermentino from Sardinia, aromatic and slightly richer. Fermented warm at 18°C in stainless steel. A tiny amount of oak staves were added to 70% of the wine to give texture and mouthfeel. Nothing else added as this fruit does all the talking!
