VINIFICATION
Garnacha fruit was cold soaked for three days before fermentation, then macerated on skins for 10 days post ferment to maximise flavour and tannin extraction. Natural malolactic fermentation and time in tank with high-quality American oak to add roundness and showcase the wonderfully vibrant fruit.
