Vinification
We crafted this wine from grapes selected in distinct vineyards from our best Chardonnay vines. After a short maceration, the crop is gently pressed.
Maturation
Both the vinification and maturing process are carried out under the influence of differently toasted French oak, revealing extraordinary flavours. After the fermentation, the fine yeast is stirred up periodically giving the wine its velvety mouthfeel.
Appearance
Golden yellow.
Aroma
Intense aromas of ripe apple, elegant bourbon vanilla and some toffee notes.
Palate
Dense on the palate, wonderfully smooth and velvety, subtle spicy notes on the long finish.
