It’s elegant and silky with wild, dark berry flavours and gentle dried herb notes. This medium-bodied pinot has exceptional fruit and tannin balance which lingers in the mouth. Pair it with crispy skin duck or new season lamb.
Very opulent rich nose with boysenberry, plum and red cherry. A touch of rose petal and marshmallow too. A generous fruited wine with a distinct thread of powdery tannin running through. Nice length.
