Amisfield Sauvignon Blanc embraces the best in old and new world winemaking. A wine of subtle power and complexity.
Pale straw in colour with aromatics typical of a lively New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The wild fermented barrel component adds another dimension of ripe stone fruit aromatics with subtle creamy notes and texture across the palate with refined minerality.
This is a serious Sauvignon that is ideally suited to fresh seafood or with artisan cheeses such as chevre.
Tasting Notes:
A great expression of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with a tight and fluid palate heightened with a touch of barrel fermentation.
