New Releases
Began its cool fermentation spontaneously in vat before a selected yeast was introduced to draw out rich fruit and citrus notes. A bit of lees stirring added texture but very little intervention was necessary. Delicious now or over the coming year with shellfish and crunchy salads.

Something of a halfway house between the classic grigio and gris styles. Has a little textural feel in the mouth with certainly more flesh than grigio. Aromas of apple and pear with more peachy characters on the palate. Crisp finish tidies it up.

The more I taste of white wines made from this newish-to-Australia Italian variety the surer I become of its future here, especially in our warmer regions. The variety retains acidity beautifully and offers plenty of racy, zesty fruit flavours. My only query about the wine concerns what I see as a quite frivolous name. What’s in the bottle is great.

Lovely weight and texture without too much spice. Rounded and textured with gentle integrated acidity. Juicy stone fruit flavours with a hint of citrus. Great value and an excellent partner to spicy food.
