Maturation
A malo-lactique fermentation was followed by a long maturation on fine lees. A light treatment and filtration were necessary to obtain a clear and stable wine.
Aroma
Both fresh and fruity nose; we can scent the silex, citrus fruits but also fresh fruit notes like pear.
Palate
On the palate, these aromas keep their freshness with a lasting floral dominancy. Dry, with a perfect delicacy, this Chablis owns a unique, yet very recognizable personality.
Food Matching
This wine can be tasted young (2-3 years) with fish terrines, oysters or escargots. It will also perfectly accompany your cocktail hours.
Vintage Notes
A sunny vintage thanks to a dry spring and hot summer. Maturity arrived fast with low acidity.
