The grapes that make this wine come from two vineyards that combine to almost two hectares, with vines that average 10-20 years. Elevated in stainless steel for a period of five months and then bottle for at least an additional two months before release, it shows characteristic herbal and citrus notes on both the nose and palate with cleansing acidity...
