The grapes are lovingly grown, hand pruned and hand picked before being crafted into premium wine under the watchful eye of our wine makers, Fran Austin and Shane Holloway.
We would like to say, whilst our inspirations comes from our years living in Italy, our endeavour will always be to produce wines that reflect the unique characteristics of our cool climate here in Tasmania.Marcus and Gail Burns.
A fine, cool climate Tasmania Chardonnay. Rich and spicy on the nose with flavours of ripe stone fruits, smooth vanilla and ripe lemon zest. Clean, crisp and complex, this Chardonnay has a fresh acidity that balances out the creamy vanilla, ripe stone fruits and well-integrated toasty oak. This wine will age well over the next 3-5 years and would be an excellent match for wild mushroom risotto, roast chicken or gnocchi with blue cheese.
