Over 8ha of the total 12ha of plantings consists of Pinot Noir and chardonnay, with the remainder including Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Tempranillo. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines have until 2014 been produced by Julian Alcorso at Winemaking Tasmania. Wines from the remaining varieties have been made by Alain Rousseau at the highly acclaimed Frogmore Creek Wines.
Bright green-yellow colour. Super ripe but bright aromas of apple, lime, minerals and spices, with a hint of tropical fruits. Then bright, appley and a bit youthfully aggressive on the palate.
