Tasting Notes
Color:Bright ruby red
Nose:The nose is lifted and expresssive with cherries, blackberries, licorice, cofee and a hint of marzipan.
Palate:A rich medium to full bodied elegant palate with hints of mocha chocolate, dark cherries and musk. Soft powdery tannins with persistent flavour and length.
Maturation:12 months in 30% new French oak. Six months in bottle prior to release.
Style:A classic and elegant Barossa Valley Shiraz with great length and depth.
Cellaring Potential:Drinking well now but will reward with additional time in the bottle.
