Palate:The palate is medium to full-bodied with plum, anise and ripe raspberry. A hint of spice and white pepper coming through. A wine of structure and complexity that would benefit from decanting
Maturation:18 months in French oak, 20% new
Style:The perfect balance of elegance and power with rich flavours, defined structure and layered complexity.
