Tasting Notes
Color:Deep dark red with dense core
Nose:A lifted, aromatic nose displaying blackberry,
black olive, red fruits and spice.
Palate:The palate is silky, smooth and perfectly juicy. Medium-bodied with pristine fruit showing through; blackcurrant and blackberry as well as coffee and choc-mint. Bright and clean with well-pitched acidity.
Maturation:12 months in French oak, 20% of which is new.
Style:Sourced from cool-climate Eden Valley, this blend is both expressive and well balanced. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, it is vibrant and particularly lovely in its youth.
Cellaring Potential:Drinking beautifully now but will age well for several years to come.
