Tasting Notes
Color:Pale straw to green in colour
Nose:Fruit aromas of pear and white peach fruit complemented by white floral notes
Palate:Stone fruit characters extend on to the palate which is complex and dry, balanced by a crisp, clean finish
Style:Fresh and crisp; perfect to pair with dishes such as chicken Caesar salad, salmon, grilled scallops or a simple plate of antipasto
