30% of rosé bleeding and 70% direct pressing. temperatures between 11 and 13 degrees celsius.
Appearance
Light, hypnotizing salmon pink.
Aroma
Fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful, has a hint of red grapefruit and a unique scent of strawberry and white peach.
Palate
Concentrated flavours of apple, spice and citrus that are flanked by plenty of rich, spicy notes. Creamy finish.
