It is perfect for long term cellaring where its firm structure will blossom with age.

Concentrated and lingering with attractive varietal fruit characters enriched by subtle cedary and integrated nutty French oak. Well integrated the rich texture and complex dark berry flavours will take time to develop and show its full potential.

The Zema family is proudly traditional in its approach to vineyard practices, favouring hand pruning and limited irrigation to maximise fruit quality. These practices are enhanced by the family’s three strategically selected prime vineyard locations, capitalising on the regions subtle climatic variations.
