The Inca earth goddess who brings fruit to the vine and joy to the world. PachaMama, is a small family owned wine company established in 2010. Whilst new to the market, it’s new in name only. Made by Pacha’s new wine making duo Nina Stocker and Callie Jemmeson, these wines are a knockout.
Pacha Mama Riesling packs a punch. It's vibrant, fresh and snappy.
Delicate citrus blossom notes, and soft fruit flavours are backed with steely acid to give this wine a long dry lingering finish. Great drinking now but enough complexity and structure to hold this wine together for many years to come.
Colour: Vibrant pale straw.
Nose: Lifted aromatics punctuated with kaffir limes, creamed honey and fresh linen.
Palate: Juicy, fresh and clean, this wine has a lovely textural palate balanced by grapefruit, lemongrass and a long satisfying finish.
