The fruit was handpicked and carefully selected to retain the freshness and punchy citrus fruit flavour that Watervale is renowned. With lifted aromatics of lemon zest and lime citrus spice, our estate Riesling is fruit concentrated and balanced with finely textured, juicy acidity.
