Marchand and Burch
Great Southern, Western Australia. An expressive bouquet of meringue and crème brulee mixed with scents of pear, honeysuckle and lemon curd. The palate has a spring water weight whilst delivering a power of fruits with stone and tropical notes. In the mouth the wine is textural and silky yet tight with a fine mineral like acidity.
Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of cashew, grapefruit and lemon blossom. A wine of fine structure, great purity and power of fruit with a retained elegance. The 2018 Marchand & Burch Chardonnay will evolve and age gracefully over the next 6 to 8 years.
