livened with hints of freshness and aniseed.  The palate is structured
and full-bodied with a juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape
texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine

Piper - Heidsieck Brut is a classic, structured, full - bodied and fruity Champagne. The blend is composed of a majority of Pinot Noirs, more than 100 crus from Champagne and Pinot Meuniers from the Grande et Petite Montagne de Reims region.
