This 30Ha estate has been in the hands of the Olivier family for over 200 years. The current proprietors, brothers Guy and Jean - Luc have been blessed with some extremely old vines on classic sites. This combined with careful viticulture and Vinification helps them produce fantastic wines at amazingly reasonable prices
Tasting Notes
Green apple and lime zest mix with preserved lemons on the zesty nose; the mouth is clean, crisp and refreshing, with a bit more juice and body, but finishes with a sensation of citrus and salt.
