Tim Smith Wines
The texture, complexity and delicacy of Tim Smith Wines is attributed to the consistently exceptional fruit which is sourced from individual pockets of the Barossa Valley’s oldest vineyards. These small-batch, handmade wines truly represent this world-class winemaking region.
Eden Valley Riesling
"Given that the Barossa is my home and Eden Valley is synonymous with Riesling both here and abroad, there was a compelling proposition to make this wine. Like all the wines wearing my ‘thumbprint’, quality comes first and I am quietly excited to be able to introduce this Riesling with the support of my loyal grower base." says Tim.
The fruit for the Tim Smith Wines Riesling is hand-picked and comes from a single low-yielding vineyard planted in 1922, at an elevation of 450m above sea level.
