The Adelaide Hills region has proven to be well suited to growing Pinot Gris successfully. This is the 13th release of the Pike & Pinot Gris and we think one of the best. It is one of the best white wines to pair up with spicy Asian food. Drink now and the next 3-5 years.
Appearance: Medium green/straw
Aroma: Subtle notes of Nashi pear, nectarine and peach, along with a hint of wet stone.
Medium bodied with textures that wash over the mid palate. Balanced acidity ensures the wine does not finish too heavy.
