It's hard to find a region in Australia more suited to Sauvignon than the Adelaide Hills. The Pike & Joyce vineyard continues to produce wines up there with the best. Try it with pan seared scallops with a little garlic and butter sauce.
Appearance: Brilliant, pale green / straw.
Aroma: Clean, fresh aromas of passionfruit, snowpea and a little citrus, backed up by notes of nettles and mineral. Quite complex.
Bright, zingy and balanced finishing with a vibrant tropical/ nettle flourish. Richly flavoured and pleasantly dry.
