Patrizi
The Manfredi Family has a long and determined history in wine. Even in the Second World War, they delivered wine by wagon to grow the family business and today it is a thriving Cantine that adopts both modern and traditional practices to produce true to style and varietal examples of wines from the Langhe.
Tasting Notes
The Barolo wine, of ancient and noble origins, is aged in Slavonian oak barrels and it turns intensely ruby red with a rich bouquet, a rich and severe flavour.
It goes particularly well with meat and game. We advise to uncork it a few hours before the meal and let is rest at room temperature about 18-20° C before serving it.
