The Manfredi Family has a long and determined history in wine. Even in the Second World War, they delivered wine by wagon to grow the family business and today it is a thriving Cantine that adopts both modern and traditional practices to produce true to style and varietal examples of wines from the Langhe.
Tasting Notes
Nebbiolo vineyards cultivated in the districts of Barbaresco give origin to Barbaresco D.O.C.G. wine, which undergoes an ageing period of at least two years in casks.
The colour is garnet red with orange reflection; the bouquet is characteristic, ethereal, pleasing and intense. The flavour is dry, full, velvety and harmonious.
Serving suggestion: Game, Roasts, Cheeses.
To be served at a temperature of 18-20°C.
