The Manfredi Family has a long and determined history in wine. Even in the Second World War, they delivered wine by wagon to grow the family business and today it is a thriving Cantine that adopts both modern and traditional practices to produce true to style and varietal examples of wines from the Langhe.
Tasting Notes
It is a vintage wine of the Roeri area, geographically among the hills of Alba. Straw yellow, delicate fruity flavour and scent, this wine is produced with the greatest care and in restricted quantity.
It goes particularly well with hors d’oeuvres, fish, cold dishes and it can also be drink as an aperitif.
To be served cool, at a temperature of 10°-12° C.
