Lambrook Wines is a boutique family owned company, producing high quality, regionally distinct Adelaide Hills wines in limited quantities. The Lambrook range includes Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Sparkling Pinot Noir.

Picked in the early hours of the morning to maintain freshness before being crushed into small open top fermenters. It was matured in French oak for 15 months.
