It is hand spur pruned, single wire cordon. Geology is Christies Beach Formation, which consists of alluvial sand, silty clay and gravel lenses.
COLOUR:
Pale straw green, clear and bright.
AROMA:
Pineapple, citrus blossom, rosewater, musk.
PALATE:
Luscious tropical fruits, herbal spice, dried floral, balanced by tangy lemon acidity, finishing clean and dry, with good length and texture.
Ideal as an aperitif, try with fresh shucked oysters, chilli mussels, or simply dried fruit and mature Australian cheddar.
