Marlborough, New Zealand. This Sauvignon Blanc has a broad range of aromatic notes, matched with a crisp, clean palate which has a lovely weight and length. Passion fruit, citrus and fresh cut grass leap from the glass. The palate has loads of juicy fruit characters with linear acidity and concentration.
Winemaker's Notes
The grapes were harvested, gently pressed and the free run juice was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected aromatic yeast. The wine was blended to produce a finished wine with a broad range of fruit characters, leaning towards a crisp, herbaceous style.
