Cooper Burns is a
winemaking partnership formed in 2004 by Mark Cooper & Russell Burns
and dedicated to producing tiny amounts of handcrafted, small batch,
artisan wines from low yielding, super premium fruit from the Barossa
Valley.
Using traditional winemaking methods with minimal
intervention and maximum attention to detail, the aim is to make wines
with soul, individuality and personality that express the qualities of
the vineyard and the vintage, as well as the passion that went in to
making them.
