De Iuliis
The Lovedale Road region of the Hunter Valley is renowned for producing world class wines. In 1987 we chose our property because of its potential to continue the tradition of producing outstanding wines. After three years of soil preparation the first vines were planted in 1990. We now are starting to see the rewards of such careful planing and preparation. With some impressive wins recently at the prestigious Hunter Valley Wine Shows the wines are well on track to becoming some of the best in the area.

Back Label Text
Planted on the heavy clay soils of our family vineyard in 1990. This unique parcel displays all the hallmarks of a Hunter classic. Medium bodied, floral fruit characters with savoury Hunter regional structure and soft tannins and elegant acidity. Fantastic early drinking wine, but 5+ years in the cellar and this will start to sing.
