Tasting Notes
Pristine and clear with a glowing straw-green colour. Aromas of grapefruit, lime with honey, almond and
oatmeal notes from the influence of understated oak. Onthe palate it’s elegant but flavoured with grapefruit andpear characters, leading to a crisp finish.
