The wine making approach of Ross Hill's wine maker Phil Kerney stems from 20 years of research both locally and internationally. His many years of travel helped him formulate his technique via ancient techniques and modern quality control designed to balance the complex wines.

TASTING NOTES
This fine, delicate Chardonnay was partially fermented by wild yeast in French oak and partially in tank. Cool climate regional influences have produced a wine with texture, balance and harmony.
